With the recent addition of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, the Great lakes Science Center, Gund Arena and Jacobs Field, downtown is the place to be for entertainment of all kinds!

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum provides visitors with an opportunity to learn about and remember the great rock and roll entertainers who made rock what it is today. Visitors can see Janis Joplin's Porsche 356C, view original song lyrics, see artists' original instruments and take a video journey that chronicles the start and progression of rock and roll.

Next door to the Rock Hall is the new interactive Great Lakes Science Center with its OMNIMAX Theater. With over 350 hands on exhibits, the Science Center lets your imagination run wild. The six story high OMNIMAX theater lets you be a part of the action by making you feel like you're in the film being shown. It's quite an experience!

The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, located about 5 miles from downtown Cleveland, is home to over 3,000 animals from all 7 continents. The enclosed Rain Forest exhibit features animals and plant life from the jungles and rain forests of Africa, Asia and the Americas.

An overview of Northeastern Ohio is incomplete without including our rich cultural amenities which are varied, stimulating and accessible.
